Cafe Sage is Wallasey’s newest restaurant, bistro and coffee house. We are open from 11am weekdays and 9am at weekends, offering breakfasts, lunches, coffees and fantastic food by Rob Bryson, one of the Wirral’s leading chefs.

This is Rob Bryson’s first venture with his own restaurant and set menus will run from Monday to Wednesday all day, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday lunchtimes.

Along with his talented sous chef Matthew Dougherty, Rob and Cafe Sage aim to bring you a culinary experience you will never forget.
